CHOCLATE CITY TURN IT TUESDAY WITH NOE

_We had the honor of NOE popping in to talk with us about his solo album "NOE REMORSE" dropping on Aug 26. This will be his first solo album since he has been in the industry. We talked about his video shoot to the first single "We City Boyz" that he shot in Baltimore MD. I went on to ask him about his political blog that he created. He started the blog to open people's eyes to the things that's going on around them. Basically he doesn't want you to be considered the walking dead. Knowledge is power and NOE is a powerful individual with his words and actions. I dared to ask him about free styling and he was like it aint free anymore. He has a big buzz that is all over the net.
